After 35+ years working across the United Kingdom
Supporting colleagues and clients with their business goals, I moved on from the corporate finance world in 2018.
- I’ve been there, seen it and done it: Recessions, governments, feast and famine, ups and downs.
- I’ve got the scars to prove it: and – importantly – the knowledge on what to do next.
- Compassionate: I am a great listener, empathetic, and have a strong sense of what is right (and wrong).
- Experienced: I’ve been involved in business purchases and sales, have been a non-executive director in a number of sectors, and have many years of being a coach and a mentor.
Grown my own coaching businesses (BGCN, BGC and Innovation Labs)
I have built a network of experienced business people working with both groups and individual businesses.
- BGCN has brought on 35 coaches in the past 6 years, and I know first-hand the importance of helping and guiding these coaches, as well as finding work and supporting the wider team.
- It is about you not me: I will help you by providing great processes and frameworks, and ideas that I have seen work before – but not forcing you to do it one way or the other.
- Expertise: I have personally supported more than 200 businesses so far myself, from startups to multi-million pound organisations.
